Yes, 1 day older, which is why I find it interesting to read your blog. They're identical triplets.
We liked the snap and go but the boys already outgrow it. The tandem is too long, hard to turn, and attract a lot attention so we hardly use it. I will definitely get a double umbrella stroller. We took the babies to doctor this week and found out it's easier for the doctor to focus on 1 when we keep the other 2 in a separate room, so a double and a single umbrella strollers will be convenient. The wagon is on sale now but we're not sure how often we will use it since we will be using the strollers most of the time. I'm still looking for something we can use anywhere (indoor, outdoor, traveling, airports, etc).

Fun series. We're now working on feeding #3 solids; and with all my children, we've done mainly home-made, purred and self-feeding when it came to solids - I personally prefer, pureeing and feeding for the most part because I'm a bit OCD about how messy my kids get and I don't want to give 3 baths a day. But, that said, I do let my 9 month old feed herself more than I did my other 2; she seems to enjoy it more and eats better and I THINK after having 3 kids, I'm not so concerned about the mess...LOL. ;) I do stock up on store bought jars/pouches when I can get them for free (and yes, you can buy organic, store bought baby food for FREE ;) For me it's easier to throw these in the diaper bag when were out all day at church, running errands, etc, vs. trying to bring a cooler bag for my home-made food, than find a way to heat if if needed, etc. With my first baby, my pediatrician actually recommended avoiding the store bought jars and checking out this website - http://wholesomebabyfood.momtastic.com/ and it's been one I've gone back to several times with each of my children. I've also recently pinned and tried several "recipes" from this site: http://weelicious.com/. For the most part though, once I determined that my kids didn't seem to have any food allergies (I typically did/do this around 12 months and up), I would just put whatever we're eating into a blender (I LOVE my magic bullet for this) and serve it up. Right now, my El is working on homemade-pureed, sweet potatoes, bananas (self-feeding), applesauce, and avocados. Next week, I'm hoping to add in yellow squash and rice cereal (I'm gonna try to make my own with organic, brown rice....fingers crossed. :) with juice and/or fruit added to it. It's so much fun! =) Oh and a side note - I recently bought this for Ellyn and she LOVES it; it's one of my favorite baby items (SO wish I had it for my other 2 babies) and I stuff if full of fruit and she goes to town on it; and it is SUPER easy to clean, so much better than the mesh ones in the stores: http://www.amazon.com/Award-Winning-Kidsme-Feeder-Large/dp/B005KWLEVW/ref=pd_bxgy_ba_img_y =)

Thanks, Trisha! I think it's awesome yours weren't interested in food before a year! If I had it to do over I would definitely wait longer. Even at 7 months it was so silly...fun, but silly. :)

And what is with peds saying stuff like that?!? Ugh!

(Thanks! I may or may not have gotten them coordinated for it. :) )
