18 Month Update

Ohmygoodness. It’s just sososo hard to believe that my babies are 18 months old! The time has flowwwwwwn by; they’ve changed so much…and in just 18 months! From 3lbs 12 oz to 22 pounders, my little M&Ms have transformed seemingly overnight. Friday we had our 18 month well-visit (I really only make these because I like hearing “good job, mama” every once in a while from a professional…there’s my confession =). What’s in a Sign? Using Sign Language to Teach Baby

I have to admit that I am impressed. Baby Signing Times is really phenomenal. It's adorable and easy on the ears. I also purchased a board book and flash cards that go along with the DVD and we read the book and go through the cards at least once a day. They are captivated by it all! It's so helpful to finally know when someone is … [Read more...]

15 Month Update!!!

Where does the time go?! It seems like the weeks just fly by and before I know it, we’re ticking off months nearing their second birthday! (I know all you grandmas are mentally saying, “Just wait till they’re having babies of their own!”) I have hundreds of pictures on my phone that date back to the pregnancy. I love scrolling through and looking at how far we’ve come in the past 15 months. From 3 lbs 12 oz to my big on-the-charts toddlers…they’ve grown so much. They were so tiny and fragile; now we toss them in the air, wrestle them to the ground and chase them around (or vice versa!!!). They began life eating 5 milliliters (that’s 1/6 of an ounce) every few hours to eating almost as much … [Read more...]

Say “Thank You!”

Teach Your Baby To Communicate - The Fun Way! Calling all moms!!! Did you know that with sign language "babies and toddlers can communicate their needs and wants clearly, without the frustration typical of the 'terrible twos?'" Have you ever checked out the benefits of Baby Signing Time for your little one(s)? I am very excited about it and look forward to getting my first order of products (a DVD, flash cards, Bible lesson plans).
